a. Box location

Cats sometimes urinate on the dark corner of home and under the desk of stairs, not in the litter box.

There are some dangerous diseases that can make cat become unable to urinate well such as liver disease, diabetes mellitus, inflammatory bowel disease, colitis (inflamed colon), trauma, bacterial infection, calculi (bladder stones), adrenal gland disease, pyometra, phyocalcemia, kidney disease, etc.

Take to the veterinarian as soon as possible to treat your cat’s health.

c. Stress

Stress is major cause why your cat urinates outside the box after medical problem. There are some factors that can make cat stress such as if you move to another house or if you raise another pet.
